Future offeringInside the tasting
The format we’re developing makes space for discovery. No one else gets to decide what your favorite whiskey should taste like.
Meet the styles and stories behind the selection. Get to know the ingredients, places, and choices that shape a whiskey.
Take your time with the aromas and flavors. Notice what changes from one glass to the next—and what catches your attention.
Ask questions, share impressions, and leave with a clearer sense of what you enjoy. There’s room for every palate at the table.

The person behind the workshop
Western Whiskey Workshop begins with Harley Denio’s passion for whiskey and for sharing what makes it interesting.
The idea is simple: turn that enthusiasm into welcoming classes where people can learn, ask questions, and enjoy the discovery together.
Based in Canby, the workshop is being developed one thoughtful experience at a time.

For local venue partners
We’re exploring partnerships with local bars for small-group whiskey classes. The concept brings guided education together with the hospitality of a local venue, with event details developed together.
If that sounds like a good fit for your space, let’s start a conversation.
Talk about a partnershipA few good questions
No prior knowledge is needed. The experience is being designed for curious beginners and enthusiasts alike, with approachable explanations and plenty of time for questions.
We’re developing the tasting format and exploring local venue partnerships. Dates, locations, prices, and booking details will be announced as the first events come together. Public bookings are not open yet.
Private experiences for friends, celebrations, and corporate groups are part of the longer-term plan. Formats and availability will follow the first pilot classes. You’re welcome to email Harley to share what you have in mind.
